what times square looks like during the coronavirus outbreak

times square is a literal ghost town.

normally there’s thousands of people hanging around new york city’s times square. because of the coronavirus outbreak, people have been smartly social distancing themselves, and tourism has really slowed down in the city.

i had to be out for work purposes, so i took video of the practically abandoned times square. it was sad to see it look like this – i can only be hopeful of a full return of the city soon.
